Will Gilleland
As a former D-1 ACC Champion Wrestler at NC State University, Will has had the opportunity to compete at one of the highest levels of the sport . After his wrestling career ended, he joined the US Army before later being medically retired due to a combative training injury. He then decided to continue his passion for sports performance by becoming a Personal Trainer. Learning leadership techniques as an Army Sergeant gave Will the ability to lead and guide clients to achieve their objectives by inspiration and empowerment. In Will's mind, there is nothing better than helping a person to achieve his/her goals. Wrestling is his specialty but what he has learned can be applied to any sport. His training style includes a mix of mobility, resistance training, and cardiovascular training to fit YOUR unique needs, goals, and preferences. Overall, consistency in your habits is the key to change! A few of his qualifying credentials include a degree in Health Science, Certified Personal Trainer at the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Performance Exercise Specialist and Group Fitness Instructor at NASM.

Antonio Lopez
Antonio Lopez, was born and raised in North Carolina, where he grew up playing football, competing in track and field, and wrestling. Being a three-sport athlete involved an intense and varied training routine, which was instrumental in his success. Antonio is passionate about sharing these principles with athletes who want to bring their skills to the next level. At Catawba College, he received a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in human performance, and a minor in athletic coaching. Antonio is currently certified as a personal trainer and working towards his CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist) certification. He interned with personal trainers working with adults and seniors, D1 Sports Training in Mooresville, North Carolina, with ranges of people such as youth, adults, and athletes from various sport backgrounds, and have been involved in fitness for over a decade. Antonio has a passion for any type of training and would love to help anyone, and everyone reach their goals!

Justin Fogle
Justin Fogle is our Wellness Director here at 1776 Fitness Group. Justin graduated with honors from Appalachian State University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Health Promotion. Since graduating in 2016, Justin has coached in the strength and conditioning world at multiple facilities in Boone, Winston-Salem, Charlotte, and Statesville. Justin’s clientele has included athletes and individuals ranging from seven years old to professional athletes in multiple sports. He is excited to bring his knowledge and passion for training here to 1776! Justin has a vision of cultivating an environment where anyone and everyone can “get to work” through training, and become a more well-rounded person along the way. He is passionate about people, and his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and believes that 1776 Fitness Group can be a place where authentic community is built, and genuine, positive change in the Statesville area can happen. He is excited to be part of the 1776 family, and is looking forward to getting after it with everyone here at the gym!
