TO ENTER THIS CLASS YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS

A 1776 Gym Membership

This class is available to 1776 Fitness Group Members.

Mobility, Strength, and Endurance

Successful clients in this course should be able to deadlift at least 75-100 lbs, as well as posess a high level of mobility and strength to effectively complete the required movements.

A Willingness to Frequently Practice

Weightlifting movements and workouts need to be preformed daily in order to see results in this course.
